Candy Mane with a candy cane strolling down candy lane shouting "CANDY TRAIN" but then she trips and leaves a candy stain but then she gets helped up by her friend Candy Jane who see's she's sad and makes Candy explain and Twilight overhears this candy chain and comes to the conclusion that candy makes ponies insane.
